The 2025 Capacity Enhancement Program for Ethiopian Teachers Concludes Successfully

On June 6, 2025, our school held the closing ceremony of the Capacity Enhancement Program for Ethiopian Education Administrators and Teachers in China. Vice President and Party Committee Member Ying Xiaoqing, the head of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office and the International Education College, the technical director of Ningbo Shiyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and representatives of the project's teaching staff witnessed this significant moment of vocational education cooperation between China and Africa together. At the meeting, the Ethiopian teachers shared the achievements of the training program one by one.

During a one-month specialized training program, three Ethiopian teachers deeply studied six core courses including Automotive Single-Chip Microcomputer Technology, PLC Control Technology, Comprehensive Fault Diagnosis of Automobiles, and Electronic Product Testing Technology. Through a three-stage training model of theoretical teaching + virtual simulation training + enterprise practice, they deeply experienced the characteristic Chinese practice of integrating industry and education. Especially in the enterprise practices at the Yuyao Lynk & Co. car factory and Ningbo Shiye Intelligent Technology, the trainees respectively participated in real technical projects such as the entire production chain of new energy vehicles and the assembly and debugging of unmanned aerial vehicles, vividly presenting the teaching concept of seamlessly connecting classroom knowledge with industrial demands.
