From October 21 to November 3, 2024, according to the the Belt and Road Initiative and the construction plan of the Indonesian Silk Road College of ZBTI, our school carried out a two-week training on Chinese culture and live streaming skills for the second group of students from UMB Indonisia, so that students can understand the marketing strategy and operation methods of TikTok and other live streaming platforms through basic Chinese learning, Chinese culture experiencing, live streaming teaching, content creating, enterprise visiting and other forms.
The College of International Exchange, the College of Architecture and Art, and the College of Electronic Commerce have jointly formed a training course development team, tailor-made courses such as Chinese Language, Live streaming and new media, Cross Border E-commerce Training for students. The school has organized the college to conduct Chinese cultural practice teaching at the Traditional Medicine Hall, Stone Carving Museum, Huamao Art Museum, Urban Exhibition Center Intangible Cultural Heritage Base, and Cultural and Art Practice Base. Students have also visited Chinese overseas enterprises and e-commerce leading enterprises such as Deli Group and Qianyang Live Streaming Center, allowing them to understand Chinese overseas enterprises, Ningbo's customs, economy, society and regulations in the most intuitive way.
This event not only enhanced the friendship between students from China and Indonesia, but also provided a valuable opportunity for Indonesian students to understand Chinese live streaming culture and explore new career development paths. They all expressed that this learning experience will have a profound impact on their future studies and work. As a cross-cultural exchange platform, Indonesia Silk Road College of ZBTI regularly organizes short-term training and exchanges between students from China and Indonesia, allowing students to understand Chinese overseas enterprises, local customs, society and language. Through on-site teaching, we aim to cultivate students' cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, deepen their understanding of career development ideas and practical work experience in different cultural backgrounds between schools and enterprises.
